Gibraltar's 6700 series offers professional, high-quality stands that are quite rugged, yet still lightweight enough for easy transport. The Gibraltar 6706 snare stand features a number of improvements on the design of its predecessor, the 6606. The 6706 is fitted with a 360-degree Gearless Brake Tilter, for instance, and uses the G-style Super Lock height adjustment with nylon insert. The latter prevents any direct contact of metal on metal, so there won't be any noise while you're playing.
Gibraltar 6706: stable and adjustable
No matter how hard you hit your snare, the Gibraltar 6706 snare stand stays securely upright and in place, thanks to its heavy, double-braced legs with characteristic round rubber feet. The snare basket can be adjusted in size to fit snare drums from 10 to 15 inches in diameter. To position your snare at the ideal height, the stand can be adjusted from 45.7 to 63.5 cm, and the stand is fitted with a durable, double chrome finish.

Mooie snare stand. Voelt lekker stabiel en solide aan. Alles is moeiteloos te verstellen. Heb wel eens op een forum gelezen dat Gibraltar uit dezelfde fabriek als DW komt. Wat daarvan waar is weet ik niet maar qua kwalitatief zit 't wel goed. Aanrader!
Dit snaredrum statief hoeft niet veel uitleg.
Ik ben er super blij mee.
Is elke euro waard dat ik er voor gegeven heb.

Heb het statief nu 1 show en 1 repetitie gebruikt. Het voelt zeer degelijk aan. Doordat de korf recht in het midden zit is staat hij ook altijd precies stabiel ook als je hard slaat. Ik zou deze de volgende keer zonder te twijfelen weer kopen.
